Beautiful Quaint location tucked back into a little residential dirt road. Landscape is beautiful & the breakfast was really great, had poached egg, sauted mushrooms & grain toast. And husband got their bacon & had nice thick fresh pieces. They also give very fresh cream and brownies on arrival. Also loved the shower water pressure!! Like a massage! But most of all is if you are up early enough the neighborhood dog sprinting around the perimeter, chasing ducks, and doing laps living his/her best life at full sprint wind through there hair. We are from the states so also enjoyed all the birds, and seeing a roo early in the morning hooping through. Staff also very sweet!

Comfort was ensured with reverse-cycle air conditioning and an electric blanket, handy in coping with the May chill. The host was friendly, helpful, and easily available to contact. I would definitely recommend the studio and would be more than happy to stay there again.

Summit House Armidale - 2 or 4 Bedrooms is a recently renovated holiday home in Armidale, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Just loved it here. Jonathan was an amazing host— warm, welcoming, responsive, and so helpful! Just coming back to this house every night felt like home— peaceful, homey, and relaxing. Even had a kangaroo and her Joey stopped by at dinner. I wish I could stay here forever. I will definitely stay here again!

There was even a desk in the second living area for my son who is in year 12 to work on assessments in a quiet, comfortable space. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped including an outdoor drying space for washing. Good location, quiet but also next door to the best cafe in Armidale. I would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for accommodation in Armidale.
