Brett was very responsive and easy to reach with questions before and during our stay. The place was clean, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. We loved the projector/sound system and the bar area the most, but the entire apartment was perfect for a few nights. The location is great for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

CandE’s Guesthouse bevindt zich in Kingscote. We got lost heading there at night and he helped us get settled. His recommendations were also spot on and we managed to see all the wildlife in the area, whether in the trees on the property (koalas, Kimmy, Jimmy, and Ducky) or on the coast (dolphins). Would highly recommend this property and any other the other CandE properties on the island. Tips for travelling to KI: - No small car hire even if your party is small - gravel roads for some of the prettiest locations. - Get the KI tourist booklet at the airport - only Telstra gets connection, so the island map is a lifesaver. - Definitely reach out to Craig for island recommendations :)

The whole property was very neat and tidy and looked nearly new. Had washing machine and dryer which was helpful. Plenty of games including a pool table was an added attraction. No breakfast was provided. But the property is only 6 minutes away from shops and 24/7 petrol station.

It was very private with views of the water and gorgeous surrounding bush lands. We found getting around the island from this location incredibly easy and Kingscote town centre is just 7 minutes drive from here. The kangaroos and bird life that visited each day were amazing. We had dinner on the deck each night surrounded by kangaroos. The property itself is stylish, extremely comfortable and architecturally stunning. It was such a relaxing haven and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
