I made a reservation through Booking.com for a one-night stay from September 27 to September 28, with a payment of €149. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a €100 deposit, and I was informed that this amount would be refunded to my account after check-out. As of today, September 29, I have not yet received the refund. Could you please confirm when I can expect the deposit to be released back to my account? Thank you for your assistance.

The hotel is located right next to the airport, and public transport is very effective . Its 35 minutes away from city center by tram. Hotel is well kept, rooms are spacious and clean . Breakfast was very good. The gym was well equipped , there's also a sauna which looked nice but I haven't tried it. The hotel restaurant and bar are also quite good....

The apartment was a great stay on my last night in Germany. It was clean, comfy, quiet, and quite new. The host Ulrike is responsive and kind and easy to communicate with. The location is great too. There is a bus line about a three minute walk away to get to and from the airport. There is a train station too, maybe a 10 minute walk.

Calentito, limpio y a 5 min del aeropuerto, que es lo que buscábamos. Parking gratuito en los alrededores y un par de establecimientos de comida rápida al lado.

The hotel is one minute away on foot from a big supermarket, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also great. I had a shower, sauna and bathtub in my room to relax, that I did not expected to have. It is close to the airport (not next door). Also being there in October, the room was warm and cozy. I had a very friendly welcome!

Este hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Filderstadt-Berhausen y está muy bien conectado con las principales estaciones de transporte de la zona.
