Great place for a family vacation, indoor pool area and gardens was fantastic for the little one. Breakfast was great. Location is the best part, close to the airport (but not close enough to hear anything), close to the city and just far enough to enjoy nice country side and easy to escape to further away attractions.

Because I read these reviews before traveling, I booked an extra night at this remarkable property. They sent me this review to fill out for my second booking and I will use it to continue to sing the praises of this unique stay. If you want to feel like royalty, stay here your last nights before flying out of EDI Airport. If you always look up when you hear an airplane engine, this is a little spot of heaven. The property is equipped with a central sound system for those who aren't thrilled with the sound of planes, so no worries about noise pollution intruding upon the peace and tranquility. If you have the soul of a daydreamer .... book this property and you will never regret your choice! I didn't get to light fires in the two fireplaces so a return trip is due to experience that bit of magic! Many thanks to the incredible hosts for making this property available to the hopeless romantics and perpetual daydreamers of the world....

Had a great stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Edinburgh! The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day right. The hotel room was comfortable and well-maintained, just as you would expect from Marriott—consistent quality, clean, and cozy.
Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Rooms are a good size and clean, beds are very comfortable, staff are friendly and informative, we left early so didn’t have the hot breakfast but the cold breakfast had a decent choice. Free shuttle bus to the airport every 10 minutes was a bonus

Broxburn is situated about 18 miles West from central Edinburgh & about 7 miles West from the airport.
(Bus X18 runs to/from both about every 30 mins).
It's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, etc within 10/15 minutes walking distance - depending on where exactly you are.
Safe enough area to walk about at night.
I was here for work (4 nights/days) & didn't visit any attractions, etc but I'm sure most would be easily accessible.

Queensferry is a lovely town, but suffers as all have from shops being turned in to hairdressers and charity shops. Could do with a little bit of care and attention to some of the lovely old buildings which are looking a bit stressed.

The apartment is very clean, well decorated, and interesting, with a reading nook in the second bedroom and a "hidden" foosball room. The bed in the second bedroom was a futon, so not very comfortable. Poor quality of towels. The host sent the wrong code for the lockbox at first and did not respond to my question about parking. The neighborhood isn't very good and the hallway and stairways up to the apartment were dark and uneven. We ordered excellent pizza from the curry place across the street. The apartment was fine for the purpose of getting to the airport in the morning, but I wouldn't return.
