We were so thrilled with our choice of hotel. The location, room, staff, roof top - everything was more than I had expected. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. It really made our trip excellent. The staff are so efficient & friendly, they go over and above with their service. The location is handy to everything. The room is really spacious and well set-up with great views. The rooftop is an added bonus with fantastic views and a great place for dinner and drinks - especially as we were on 'surveillance' for 3 days.

My family and I stayed at the Jervois for 2.5 months and our stay was absolutely excellent. The room was kept very clean, amenities are provided in abundance and the most important and lovely factor for us was the wonderful team @ Jervois. Special shoutout to Joanne who was so lovely , took me on a neighbourhood tour as I had moved to Hong Kong newly , was always so helpful and anything we asked for, we got within minutes. Even the rest of the team @ reception - Kiki, Tommy & Edmond were so lovely and always had the warmest greetings every time we left or entered the property and giving us advice on things to do, weather for the day, etc. Would also like to mention Leelin and Elaine from housekeeping who were delightful. Had a flood in our apartment and had to move to a hotel for two weeks after having left the Jervois, and we did not want to look anywhere else because we had such a lovely stay at Jervois and went right back there and was the best decision. They helped sort everything out for us in minutes and we felt so comfortable even though we had such a rough week dealing with the flooding. Thank you once again for everything to the Jervois team and will always only choose to stay here if need be!! Oh and the rooftop is absolutely stunning, must visit..

The location! I could pretty much walk to any of the major transport locations including the Peak and ferry terminals! The staff were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accomodate my requests!
