Yard games in the cupboard, and heater in the patio. Birds were common and close (including Ptarmigan), and foxes could be found a short drive away at the right time of day. Close to whale watching and scenic sights in Myvatn. Bilberry growing in the yard in the right season.

Laxhús is situated in Laxamýri, 85 km from Akureyri. Free private parking is available on site. Husavik is 8 km away. All units feature a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area and/or terrace.... Excellent small but big enough house with all you need for a comfortable stay. Descen cleanliness and very nice view. Highly recommended.

Located in a historic house in central Húsavík, Árból Guesthouse offers free parking and free WiFi access. Whale watching trips depart from Húsavik Port, only a 5-minute walk away. The atmosphere. It was like living in a movie for two days, the house is wonderful, the personal touches are everywhere, it was amazing. The breakfast was extraordinary! Im definitely going back just for the vibes.
