The stay was good and the price per night was what we liked most. The location found the hotel to be somewhat hidden and the taxi driver was also surprised to know that the hotel was there. The room was clean. I've been to several hotels around the world and the hotel lacked something different. Maybe something to enjoy in the room, a cookie or something similar as a courtesy. Normally in the hotels where I stayed, the minibar has things to eat and drink where what is consumed is charged separately in my minibar there was only a bottle of water. I don't mind paying the extra but I like the convenience of having something there. But the hotel is good and I would go back again when possible. Another thing that pleased and surprised me was that there was no charge at the time of booking with the credit card and the trust of paying by hand. Thank you for your trust. Location was excellent. Got bread, butter and tea/coffee even at 5.30 AM which was nice. Good room and shower. The rooms were small but good Enough for a night. They had excellent face wash kits and delicious plum- kelp soup packets free of cost. There was a Family Mart 100-200 m away and a seven eleven across the road which was nice. The lobby had amazing OG manga collection. Check in and check out did not really require human assistance, but the staff was still very polite and helpful and always available in the neigh hours.

It was very spacious, and had all the items one would need. The staff was very professional and helpful. There were clear guides for what to do, and there was also a manual included. The positioning is great, only a short walk from the airport.

To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.

New and very reasonable price for the quality.

New and very reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended for the travellers before the trip, but better to buy something to eat and drink around the station, before reaching this hotel by walk (10mins) as there are not many shops around.

Amagasaki is a great 'real' town so close to Osaka, but with...

Amagasaki is a great 'real' town so close to Osaka, but with its own character. We saw a diverse mix of people from all walks of life. Working class, business people, skateboarders, old people playing ukelele in the park. There is a nice old shopping street which is not to be missed. Some good old 'Showa' era coffee shops. We didn't get to do half the things we planned. Will be back!

The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.

We fell in love with Osaka on our first visit in spring...

We fell in love with Osaka on our first visit in spring that's why we booked a second trip this winter. It's a perfect mix of culture and technology. We had great meal everywhere we eat, whether it's ramen, rice bowl, or street foods. The locals are very polite and they try their best to communicate. Trying to get around is easy. The train system is a little bit confusing and daunting at first, but easy once you understand the system. Just follow the signs and use Google Map. Getting to nearby areas like Nara, Kyoto and Kobe is just a train ride away.

Places we visited were Wakayama electric train, Nara, Kyoto and Uji, In Osaka we visited Umeda sky, Osaka castle, Osaka aquarium, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi district. We tried various kinds of rice balls like inari and onigiri from local supermarket and also Lawsons, 7 eleven, okinomaya, kura sushi, ramen without pork, pepper lunch and even Macdonalds to compare with our Aussie maccas. Not to worry if you are vegetarian, you will definitely find something that suits in the never ending line up of restaurants, starbucks, burger joints. Osaka train system is not very difficult once we got the hang of it. Google maps sometimes confusing when checking against the maps inside train stations as the orientation might be upside down, something to take note. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our first trip and cannot wait to return in the near future.

Osaka was the loudest and busiest part of our Japan trip in...

Osaka was the loudest and busiest part of our Japan trip in a very good way. We found the shopping to be excellent (much better selection and pricing of vintage designer goods compared to Tokyo) and the nightlife was all that we hoped it would be. It was incredibly convenient to get around, and the river running through was lovely (especially at night).
