I stayed in a twin room, and it was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. There was a desk, a couple comfortable chairs and table, and a large bath and shower. The staff was helpful and friendly, and complementary sake is offered upon arrival in the lobby.

The rooftop offers a wonderful view of Kobe, and the onsen facilities included in the stay were absolutely fantastic – in Europe we would probably call it a sauna or wellness. There were no toothbrushes, slippers or a series of other supplies when we checked in. There were also many problems with the check-in procedures. They gave me the wrong password, which caused us to stay at the door for two hours without getting the key. No one solved the problem for us.
