The hotel is convenient to arrive by public transport because it is situated right next to a subway station. We arranged free shuttle service during check-in the evening before departure. Everything worked out perfectly, the ride to the airport just took around 5 minutes. Due to our early flight, we unfortuanetely missed out on the free breakfast, which was supposted to take place from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Otherwise the hotel is very modern and clean. We had a big bed, a whirlpool in the bathroom and two sinks. , we were totally satisfied. In another person´s review I read, that staying at this hotel and taking public transport into town would also be a good option. I totally agree, as long as one does not plan to regularly take a ride up to Haeundae and surrounding, because that might take 1,5h one way. There are a 7/11 and a CU conventience store just opposite the hotel.

The staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful! I was riding to the hotel from one of the main streets nearby, fell off my skateboard, luckily enough one of the workers was right behind me, he grabbed my board and offered me a tangerine! The breakfast was delicious. It was Korean food, not a buffet, and there were free drinks too. The room was upgraded for no particular reason. One of the best was the kindness of a frontperson! I learned a lot from him about translating my language(Japanese) into Korean.

I had a very comfortable stay at Ara Guesthouse. The self check-in instructions were sent to me in advance through Booking, which made arrival smooth and easy. The guesthouse is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood—no matter what time I was outside, I always felt secure. Convenience stores like CU and GS25, as well as local restaurants, are nearby. The train station is about a 10 min walk, and there’s a direct connection to the airport that takes around 25 minutes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always available. I especially appreciated that when I needed to do laundry, they washed my clothes themselves and delivered them to my room in the evening. The room itself had everything I needed: a private bathroom with toiletries, air conditioning, a fridge, hangers, and a very clean, comfortable bed. Everything was spotless. In the evenings, if you’re looking for something to do, you can just cross the street from the train station and find lively spots with live music, nice restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere. PS: If you type Ara House in the search bar on Naver Map, you can easily save the location. Fyi.

Very nice modern hotel near of West bus station and Sasang train station, 15 minutes far from metro station and 3 minutes to city bus station. Large rooms, bathtub, lots of cosmetics, very comfortable large bed, warming toilet seat, good working AC, view to mountain, fine breakfast (bread, noodles, cheese or ham, tomatoes, kimchi, milk...) Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay here
