Location and Transport
Located 6 miles (10 kilometres) of central Busan in the Gangseo district, Gimhae International Airport is the fourth-busiest airport in Korea, and the main hub for Air Busan. It’s conveniently connected to the Busan Metro network, and there is a city bus service which operates every 15-20 minutes from 05:15 to 23:20.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
You can find accommodation options next to Gimhae Airport or the nearby Sasang-Gu district. Back in the airport, there are plenty of ways to pass the time before takeoff. Shop for souvenirs in duty free, take in artworks by different Korean artists in the Airport Art Hall, or relax in the outdoor garden in the domestic flights terminal. There are also banks, luggage storage facilities and ATMs available across both terminals.
Terminal Information
There are two terminals in Gimhae International Airport – also referred to as Busan Airport – which, along with the long-stay car park, are connected by a free shuttle service which runs every 10 minutes.
