Everything and everyone. - it’s an amazing place with great attention paid to the people who stay, the horses who make it possible, and the environment itself. The cabin was comfortable, everything worked, the food, made to order, was really nice, and the location worked really well for Luang Prabang, taxis were cheap (60,000kip pr so) and easy. Saita and her crew are wonderful and always helpful. I cannot say enough about how much I loved the place and I very much want to return .

The facilities are amazing: buildings, gardens, restaurant, pool, gym... everything is charming and well designed. Service: even though it was new year time, and they were most probably very tired, all the staff was present and caring. We really appreciated them going extra mile preparing a late informal dinner for us, after restaurant opening hours. The owner were around and you can feel their dedication and desire to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction (e.g. free upgrade). The food was really tasty also, with fruits front the garden on the table. Beds are hard and really comfy if you like this type of mattresses.

Everything was great stay and amazing at this hotel. Our room was free upgraded without any problems and No any charge. The room was very nice, large , very comfortable/ cleaned and Balcony view is also very nice . The staff was very friendly, helpful , very attentive and very good take care of their guests and give information about the tour activities and motorbike rental. The breakfast was very delicious and there are various options/ Fresh fruit and free drinking coffee/tea. The host was excellent service, speaking well English and very warmed welcoming for all the guests. We were very appreciated and very enjoyed during our stay without any problems. Don’t complain anything at hotel. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel !
