Next to the airport with a free shuttle service every hour. The ride to the airport is like 5 minutes (walking distance is probably 20 minutes). Really convenient if you have an early flight, so you don't have to come from the city that's like 30Km from the airport.
We only had a day in Casa; to go to the city, you can go back to the airport and take a train that leaves you in Casa in 45 minutes, and do the same on the way bak.

Perfect place for layovers. Very close to the airport. The owner was extremely courteous and easily accessible even during early morning hours. In the vicinity there are convenience stores and restaurants, so all in all it was a perfect stay.10/10

Booked in quite last minute however the correspondence between the owner, management team and me was one of the most outstanding services I’ve seen. I travel a lot and stay at many places, and I would say staying here was one of my top experiences. Everything was clean, organised, tidy and ready for my arrival. Communication on all aspects of my arrival and departure was organised swiftly and I was able to relax without worrying about anything. I also stayed here during Ramadan, which meant I needed food at suhoor, and they kindly organised my breakfast earlier so I can have this. I cannot fault this property or the people in charge of it at all and if given the chance again, I will be returning and staying here for longer! Thank you so much for your kindness, you were an incredible host!

Location and Transport
Mohammed V International Airport (also known as Casablanca Airport) is situated in the suburb of Nouasseur, just over 18 miles (30 kilometres) from Casablanca. An hourly train runs between the airport and Casablanca Port, operating between 04:00 and 23:00. There’s also a taxi rank located on Level 0 of Terminal 1. Journeys take around 45 minutes, with a fare of around MAD 280.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
Several hotels can be found just over a mile (2 kilometres) away, and most offer a shuttle service. Inside the airport terminals, you’ll find a VIP lounge, duty-free shops and a pharmacy.
Terminal Information
The airport has three terminals, but only 1 and 2 are currently operational. Terminals 1 and 2 handle arrivals and departures from domestic and international flights. Most Royal Air Maroc flights operate from Terminal 2.

The apartment was beautifully decorated.
The apartment was beautifully decorated. But I was just there for an overnight (16 hour layover!), so I did not have time to explore the apartment more.
My favorite spot was the bathroom. The shower was great - beautiful to look at, water the perfect temperature.
The apartment manager arranged for a taxi to come and pick me up before check-out time (11am), so I made it back to the airport in plenty of time.

This is an outer suburb and you are a hostage to the accomodation as they ask you to pay hundreds in taxis to and from the airport. A much cheaper and more accessible option is staying near the train station in the city or within a few stops from the airport

This apartment is close to the airport (7 min drive by car or taxi). We found it to be spacious and comfortable, with plenty of beds and couches for our family. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathrooms and shower were nicely done. We hope to stay again when we fly through Casablanca.

Nouaseur was fine, but it’s not really a destination. If your flight times aren’t the greatest, it’s a good waypoint between the airport and whatever other destination you might have in the vicinity of Casablanca.

Simply put, affordable location very close to airport without feeling like a typical airport hotel. Great host, super luxurious. I am not the "spa" type of lodging but if you are into that, this will hit your expectations.
