This has become one of my favourite destinations during my trip to Sabah, Borneo. The moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff and were offered refreshments like tea, fruit and other nice sweets.
The room was spacious and beautifully designed and it made me feel at home. I also appreciated that the staff already turned on the AC which made the arrival process even better.
The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and wish we could have spent another night if it was up to my travel itinerary. Moreover, we were able to do our laundry here and the staff folded and ironed it without any surcharge, such kindness!
The food was very good including both dinner and breakfast, it was like my grandma would have made it.
Overall, I would come back here again if I am ever given the opportunity.

House very clean and spacious, have their own parking space, wifi provided, house near to shop area which very convenient. Near to airport which take about 15 minutes , very sastified👍👍

The cabin was in a beautiful location with a mountain view. The owner went out of his way to help us several times. He drove us to and from a restaurant he recommended in Tawau for our dinner. He also drove us to the airport to make our early flight and prepared breakfast for us.

Location is strategic, got lots of restaurants/coffee shops. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We are travelling with kid & babya and we like this hotel, suitable for family. Room is clean & quiet. Bed is super big and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to those who travelling with kids. This hotel got lift and just 30mins away to Tawau Airport. You may get the hotel staff to arrange for a grab driver if you need a transporation to airport.

My recent trip was short but pleasant. We arrived around 4:00 AM and headed straight to the hotel for a late check-in. I deeply appreciate the staff’s professionalism and efficiency during the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. After a long journey from KUL to TWU, I was able to enjoy a restful sleep. I am very satisfied with the services and overall experience at this hotel and would love to share my thoughts.
The hotel is connected to a shopping centre that has most shops closed. It is about 30 minutes from Tawau Airport and about 10 minutes by Grab taxi to a seafood restaurant.
