The staff were also very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again.

Well, the Hotel is close to the Airport and you can feel a bit the airport, but was not as bad as I expected. The staff were very polite and nice. They helped us and guided us on how to visit the city of Amsterdam and where to park to be cheaper and easier to visit. The area around the hotel is nice with a lot of little canals. Not many restaurants but a few good ones.

A nice place, if a little far from the city centre by public transport (45-60 minutes). Lack of clarity over how the public transport system operates (different between Amsterdam city centre & outer regions) didn’t help.

My stay was perfect.
My stay was perfect. I always like to stay there, it is my favorite hotel in Amsterdam. The location, the hotel is amazing, I love it. It is so clean, the checking staff very professional. It is so easy to get to check in on time. I really love Sheraton hotel, that my plans is when I go to other places I will google Sheraton hotel in that area. My only regret is not eating there and my next stay I will d that.

First trip to AMS so hard to know ‘where’ to stay - the hotel is literally opposite Amsterdam Central (the main train/metro station), plus walking distance to many places. Lots of food places and shopping also. Very neat and clean. Concierges were very helpful.
