At Haka House Aoraki - Mt Cook, adventure and comfort merge in a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the best hostels I have been to, very confortable and clean, super relaxing atmosphere, good to meet people. First time I have slept in an 8-ppl dorm by myself! The best organized kitchen I have seen so far with perfect gas cooker, good and clean dish towel, soap for hands (and it is surprisingly not that that common in youth hostels!) Will definitely come back.

Aoraki Court Motel is a modern accommodation located in Aoraki Mount Cook National Park. All units feature great views of surrounding mountains and Mount Sefton. Straight away the staff were so lovely greeting us and gave us fresh free milk for our stay. The room was heated for us when we got inside and everything was clean and spacious. Modern room.

Super easy to collect keys that were left for us in a secure box. The shared kitchen is large and well equipped. Glentanner Park is a holiday park and activity centre offering affordable accommodation and panoramic views of Aoraki Mount Cook and Mount Cook National Park. We booked one of the units ( bedroom+private bathroom+kitchen) and it was super comfortable and had a wonderful view over Mt.Cook. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was extra clean and super equipped. The staff was also extra nice and was very welcoming! Also, it was only a short drive (20min) to the park visitor’s centre and most famous hike trails!

Located on the Western shore of Lake Tekapo, Isolation Bay is a 5-bedroom house with stunning panoramic lake and mountain views. Guests can warm up by the cosy fireplace. The place is spacious and no stairs, which is ideal for elderly. Also, the view is stunning and hot tube is perfect for star gazing!

Bella Vista Motel Fox Glacier is easy to find, situated right in the heart of the Fox Glacier Village. Only a few minutes’ walk from shops, cafés and restaurants. Karen was very2 helpful and friendly. She even turned on the heater for us before we arrived because it was soooo cold. Clean bathroom, towels and sheets. Kitchen area and utensils too. Looked like it was recently painted.

Fox Glacier Lodge is located in Fox Glacier and sits on the edge of The Westland Tai Poutini National Park. Free WiFi access is available. Property/Room is really nice, clean and comfortable. Location is near the bus stop (walking distance - it's a small town). View of the mountains from the property is breathtaking. Breakfast is basic but complete - while it's self service (cook your own egg dish), it's well set and prepared. Warn and helpful staff.

Ivorytowers Accommodation is situated opposite Westland National Park rainforest and mountains, just a 4-minute walk from Fox Glacier Village. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, and it had all the amenities we needed including a small kitchen.

Great location only 5km from lake and rooms were very comfortable. Great staff and breakfast was very nice.
