It is a new and clean building with ample parking space. The building is located in a very calm & central area. The location is apt for travelers. The rooms are also clean and big. 2 bed rooms can easily accommodate 6 people. The room has a nice cozy kitchen with all the required utensils. It also had a washing machine and an Iron. All this at a reasonable price, at least we paid less (4.28 Rials) for 2 nights). The hotel management were very kind and polite, they even let us check-in early. We were 4 men, but I can any day suggest this place for a family. 5 stars to the management and the team.

Very professionall, polite staff. The gentleman from India allowed me to check in at 6:30 am, as my night bus arrived at that time. Good choice at the breakfast buffet, pleasant restaurant. Calm pool area at the rooftop. The possibility to switch off the air conditioning in the room.

All the receptionists are super friendly. They let us check in earlier, and check out later. The apartment looks like in the picture. Good location, you can take the bus from near the mosque. The apartment was clean. Bathroom has warm water by the water heater, and soap, shampoo, shower gel.
In front of the apartment building there is a huge supermarket, also Lulu supermarket is just 15 minutes walk nearby. I recommend to go to the new coffee place that is also near this place called: breeze cafe&crepe

Upon check-in myself and another guest we ere advised that no rooms were available. We were driven to another Red property, Red 14, instead, where check-in was a shambles. Poorly kept room, rarely cleaned. Unmanned Front Desk for.long periods.

Room is very neat, well furnished, clean and free of pests compared to the other hotels. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Cooperative and very friendly staff. I liked almost everything, it’s not overcrowded like other destinations in the Middle East. Loved the Geography, dramatic coast line, mountains, beautiful beaches, lush green areas in East and of course the desert.
Would be a great area to hire a motor home to explore, think the region lends itself to this, I believe this would attract tourists! Maybe a weekly flight direct from London with Oman Air but at the same time would hate the country to be spoilt by tourism.

the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect...
the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect if you look for a quite and familiar place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. the surrundings are stunning and the trip is aboslutely worth it.
There are several resorts in the area but they are very decent and not invasive.
