I was met at the airport by the family and driven back to the accommodation. I shared my journey with the family and the next day they drove me around to visit schools and significant sites, particularly at Maeva. We shared stories and food and I was look after so well. They drove me into town, too and then I hired their car for the day. I am so blessed to have met such beautiful people. The location is very close to the airport. Having a washing machine was great! We ended up here at the last minute because our other reservation was double booked. We went all the way to the other side of the island to find out they'd made a mistake and it was no longer available -- and we saw the other place in person. And we were SO HAPPY that it worked out this way, because we drastically preferred being on this side of the island and in this very lovely, very spacious, much more comfortable house. We would absolutely recommend this for a group of friends or family (without tiny toddlers, though, because of a very steep staircase). Great kitchen, lots of beds and fans.

We had a wonderful stay with Christelle and Ludo. They were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. Their house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and they went above and beyond by sharing great tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. We felt very welcome and would happily stay with them again!
