Booked the hotel at booking.com as it was near Clark International Airport. I sent a message 3 days before about leaving our luggages in the morning of our check in day to go to a tour. Ms Aileen replied quickly and was happy for us to leave our things. On the day of our arrival, staff helped with unloading our luggages and they had a trolley ready. They gave me a note with a reference for our luggages collection later that day. The staffs were all friendly (all of them whom we saw throughout our stay). The room was big, it was nice ang clean. It feels very cosy and very homey. They have a small pond with fishes and turtles, one staff saw us beside the pond and gave my son a slice of bread to feed the turtles and fishes. My little boy was so happy (he's 7) and he said that he likes the hotel. The food was great too. We enjoyed our stay. Our friends and family who visited were impressed by the hotel as well and the how hospitable the staff members are. I will definitely book Oasis Hotel again when I come back to Clark. I am recommending it to family and friends as well. It was a really great place to stay before we travelled back to the UK.

How do you know the SureStay staff and management are excellent?
Simple.
You don't see them unless you need them.
And then, they are excellent!!!!
Whatever you ask or request, appears in seconds to minutes.
THE most polite.
THE most engaging.
We spoke about perhaps sending the SureStay staff out to train other establishments' personnel on the 'concept' of hospitality management.
They are that good.
From providing towels for our guests at the swimming pool.....WITH a smile; and being greeted on entry and exit EVERY occasion.

Clark is really nice to visit every now and then.
Clark is really nice to visit every now and then. It has many activities, nice malls, good food and even has its own international airport.
I recommend Best Western Hotel, Widus Hotel and Parkinn (altho parkinn has been more expensive lately for no clear reason and usually fully booked).
You can go hiking, or even try a discovery flight with many flying schools there. Have fun in Clark!
