This was the best hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. From the super friendly and helpful staff, to the location, amenities, cleanliness. From the moment you go there the staff will welcome you in a very heartwarming way. The beach which is 1min walk from the hotel is one of the most beautiful and peaceful ones.

We had the great pleasure of staying at Hotel Lakwa and can't say anything but that it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The staff helped us with everything from organising excursions to smoothly arranging mopeds for us to use to explore the area. It's really noticeable that they are passionate about providing their guests with the best possible service. The hotel itself is both newly opened and incredibly fresh - a truly top-notch place. The rooms are well-kept and modern, and the common areas give a lovely and inviting feel. We really appreciated the care that has been put into every detail, from the decor to the amenities. Definitely, the best accommodation I've been to in Palawan. Exceeded expectations. Everything very clean, comfortable and organised. Great Staff and very helpful owners. The level of accommodation is well above the Asian standard. I would definitely stay here again, it's a special place. The food from the restaurant accompanies the level of accommodation. This is a beautiful new accommodation just a 5/10 min tuk tuk from the main hustle bustle of el nido, so ideal to escape the chaos of the main town. The accommodation itself is really beautiful and you couldn't get any better staff looking after you. The shower facilities are the best I've experienced in the Philippines.
