Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, River house is set in Bergsboda. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We had a lovely stay with my family. The winter scenery was stunning with sunset on the frozen river. Location is great, very close to Umeå, yet already quite wild with immediate access to the river and the forest with several Nordic ski trails. The house is tiny but comfy with all you need for a short stay. The landlord lives in the house next to it, very friendly.

Overlooking the Ume River, this eco-friendly hotel is within 5 minutes’ drive of Umeå city centre and airport. It offers free WiFi and sauna access and free parking. The location is superb. It is around 10min walk from the airport. We also walked to the city in 30-40 mins. The hotel is along the river and the views are gorgeous. The breakfast and dinner (which is free and included) are superb. We just loved our stay.

Quiet, clean and great breakfast. Shoutout to Linn who helped us extend our stay when our daughter got sick. Thank you!!!

Breakfast was equally impressive, with a variety of options catering to all tastes, including vegan and gluten-free choices. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable The location is ideal for me because I had my fiancé hospitalized in the hospital in front of the hotel. Whether you’re in town for business, leisure, or a bit of both,this the perfect place to stay. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Umeå!

Hotell Gamla Fängelset is a converted prison from 1861 located in central Umeå and offers free WiFi and breakfast. All rooms have windows and shared bathroom facilities. Beautiful and interesting historic building, comfortable rooms and facilities (the showers were great, shampoo and soap was provided!) and very elaborate breakfast. The hotel had everything we needed and more. The best thing about this accommodation were the two hosts - thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Situated in the heart of Umeå, Elite Hotel Mimer faces the Twin Towns Park and the main commercial pedestrian street. Guests have free WiFi along with free access to a sauna and fitness centre. Wow, I was just passing Umea and needed a stay for one night. At the Mimer I found a perfect place to stay, actually I already plan to go back. Very friendly staff, clean room with comfy bed, exceptional breakfast buffet. I felt welcomed and was sad to leave after just one night.
