Location and Transport
Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is set 12 miles (18 kilometres) from from central Izmir and you can get to the city easily by metro, which runs 05:00 until 00:00. If you’re travelling outside these hours or you want a faster route, a taxi will take less than 30 minutes and cost about TRY 40.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
If you need a place to stay between connections, there are a couple of hotels located in and around the international terminal, with more found within 3 miles (5 kilometres) and which offer a shuttle service. Inside the airport, travellers can pass the time between flights by using the free WiFi, or checking out the restaurants and shops.
Terminal Information
Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport has two terminals, one for international travels and one for domestic. They are connected by a travelator and take about five minutes to reach by foot.
