Location and Transport
Indianapolis International Airport is set 7 miles (11 kilometres) from downtown Indianapolis. The daily Go Green airport shuttle service runs between 05:00 and 23:00 every half hour, and it’s best to book this in advance as cash isn’t accepted. A taxi will cost about USD 40 and take around 25 minutes to get into town.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
You’ll find plenty of hotels within a 5-mile (8-kilometre) radius of the terminal and ones offering a free shuttle service. Besides shops, cafes and bars, Indianapolis Airport makes it easy for travellers to unwind between flights with a full onsite spa, a barbershop and there are even designated walking paths to keep your heart rate up between flights.
Terminal Information
There is one terminal which is made up of two concourses: A and B. Connecting flights at Indianapolis International will require travellers to pass through immigration - a passport, visa or ESTA may be necessary.
