Hotels near Jim Kelly Field Airport - LXN, Lexington

The personal care and customer service by Andy aka Irwin was outstanding. He is a star. We travel a lot and it is refreshing to find someone like him. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and firm. We sleep on a $5000 mattress at home so that’s saying a lot. Now for the spectacular coffee. We weren’t expecting anything special but, wow we were delighted to find excellent coffee. We later went to a gas station and mourned the change. Note there are many hotels near by but the bed and coffee make this the wiser choice. Not sure why there aren’t more 4 star reviews.

Trip was very short and we did not have time to tour the Lexington area. However, we did drive onto Arapahoe Nebraska to to visit a longtime friend the evening we stayed at the motel. The drive to Arapahoe and back the early evening we stayed at the motel was so beautiful.

The staff for the breakfast did an amazing job, place was always clean and the food was excellent. However I tried calling the front desk to let them know I would be arriving late and they didn't answer, so I left a voice message asked them to return the call to confirm and they did not return the call.
