Kansas City International Airport is located 15 miles (24 kilometres) northwest of downtown Kansas City, and easily reached by taxi and public transport. The RideKC Metro operates to and from the airport every day, departing every half hour in the morning and roughly every hour in the afternoon. Taxi rates are USD 2.50 plus USD 2.10 per mile (2 kilometres). The journey takes around 25 minutes.

Terminal Information

Kansas City Airport has three terminals, though only Terminals B and C are used. A frequent shuttle bus service links both terminals with the Circle and Economy parking lots. Catching a connecting flight at Kansas City International will require travellers to pass through immigration - a passport, visa or ESTA may be necessary.
