Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly valet. was promptly greeted at front desk and Shannan was every so friendly. Room was not ready as we arrived early. I was able to check in, given access to facilities and parking. When room was ready received a text and given key to room. Family and Adult pools. Bar area by family pool was great. Food is wonderful and great portions. Stayed in newly renovated room so nice

Nos han concedido una habitación un poco mejor xq no había de la que habíamos reservado. Es un buen gesto de gestión. Parking en la puerta (bajo $$) pero hay parking en frente y creo que público.

I booked the room for my last night in SD, so family would not have to drive me the next morning. I had 7 of my family members join me at your restaurant for dinner. Your Supervisory Manager was outstanding, and staff very nice.

Great location and affordable near Shelter Island. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and bars, including Bali Hai tiki restaurant. I stayed because of a concert at Humphreys by the Bay and it saved me from paying for parking.
