Location and Transport
The only airport in Northern Cyprus, Ercan Airport is located 8 miles (13 kilometres) from North Nicosia. A taxi to the city will cost about TRY 200 (EUR 45) and take around 35 minutes. Kibhas buses run every couple of hours from 04:00 until 23:00, with more services offered during the afternoon.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay between flights, most options with shuttle services are located in the city of Nicosia. In the airport, travellers can make use of free WiFi, and relax in one of the airport’s bars or cafés. You can also pay extra to relax in the airport lounge, where there’s plenty of food and drink.
