We wish to say that Angelina on Reception was totally receptive to our needs, along with the Supervisor (who was equally helpful). Thank you for being one step ahead of your customer and being so gracious! We found ALL staff from restaurant, reception, cleaners and pool staff to be of high standard and friendly/professional. Regarding the buffet restaurant, the food was of high standard and kept interesting rather than repetitive as some buffets can be. Compliments to the hard working kitchen staff. Drinks on the all inclusive were fantastic! Beer, wine, 'champagne', and spirits and cocktails - you wanted for nothing! Also lots of fresh fruit which was appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this amazing hotel with my family, and it truly felt like a second home from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful right from the start, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which enhanced the comfort of our stay significantly. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect setting for our family getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel restaurant. Krassy, the Restaurant Manager, took exceptional care of us from the beginning, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, tasty, and aesthetically served, making each meal a true delight. The attentive waitresses, always smiling and eager to assist, added an extra touch of warmth to the dining experience. The live cooking station was a unique feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kamran, who prepared our morning pancakes, was not only a skilled chef but also a wonderfully positive person, brightening our mornings with his delightful energy. Overall, our stay was fantastic and memorable thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, and delicious cuisine.

03.07-10.07.2025 It was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles and genuine attention. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Everything smelled fresh, and it felt as though we had stepped into our own little paradise. The food – I’m truly at a loss for words. Every day offered such a wide variety that I didn’t know where to begin. Everything was fresh, delicious, and presented with great care. I was particularly impressed by Mrs. Beleva in the restaurant – exceptionally attentive, kind, and always in a cheerful mood. Thanks to her, we felt like special guests. The pools are not only large – they are beautifully arranged, surrounded by palm trees and greenery, creating an almost Caribbean, exotic vibe. As I lay on the sunbed, I thought to myself: “This is exactly the kind of holiday I’ve been dreaming of.” The staff is truly outstanding – polite, considerate, and always ready to assist. Their smiles were the best part of every morning. If you are looking for a place to escape the stress, to feel the warmth of the sun, the beauty of the sea, and genuine hospitality – this is the place.

As an all-inclusive resort, it was perfect. The food was well-balanced and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your stay without being pressured into activities you didn’t want to do. It was private, clean, and provided an overall great experience. The staff was exceptional, and the animators for the kids deserve special praise as well.

Fully renovated in 2024 hotel Marvel is situated in the northern part of Sunny Beach, close to the beach and will charm you with it's modern style and amazing sea views.
