The hotel was just like on the pictures ( expectations and reality met!). Extra plus is that while check in they proposed us complementary drink while we were waiting for the check in. Small thing but nice as we were sitting and relaxing instead of standing by the reception.

I was absolutely amazed by the hospitality of the entire hotel staff. The team is simply outstanding – professional, warm, and attentive – and they provided service of truly exceptional quality. Special thanks go to the kitchen staff for their incredibly delicious meals – every dish was a delight. The housekeeping team also deserves praise: very polite and respectful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bedding was crisp and fresh, and everything shone with cleanliness. The location of the hotel is another huge advantage – just steps away from all the necessary infrastructure, including the beach, a large supermarket, and excellent public transport connections. It was easy to travel to Palma even late at night and return to Cala Millor without any hassle. This hotel fully deserves the highest rating.

Ana at the front desk is extremely kind, professional and helpful.We came from a bad experience in an other hotel but here we felt at ease right away and found all comforts:the air condition in the room Is the best we had in 20 days on the Island,and i am half american(we have a thing for good a.c.)the room is spotless,the employees are really nice and the food tastes genuinely good... my italian background says It all.I strongly recommend It!

Room was very spacious and had a great área for makeup station and relax on sofa. Lovely side sea view. ALL THE STAFF are VERY friendly and accomodating, everyone in the resturant and reception made our stay special. Love that It had ping pong&pool table. The 2 bars and free entertainment were absoloutley fab. SO many options for food and special touch of themed food nights was really fun and mixed It Up!

Breakfest: amaizing buffet. A lot of choices, always fresh and really really good! Restourant es moli: rally good food and super friendly staff! A big thanks to Ricardo: super friendly guy, always on point with food raccomandations, he made our stay (and our espresso ;)) even better!

Neat and modern hotel with all basic facilities (infinity pool, gym, spa, rooftop bar). Good quality breakfast. Very clean and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Nice balcony with ocean view. Nice staff who speak perfect english. It takes you about 1h30 to drive there from Palma. Easy drive.

Friendly Staff, Fantastic facility, super clear rooms, and comfortable. This luxury hotel is worth the money. The location is a bit far from the centre, but I understand the resort is just one of the villages.

Set on Canyamel’s seafront, Universal Hotel Castell Royal is a recently renovated hotel, which is right next to a sandy beach.
