Fantastic value, well run and organised place.

Newly refurbished, the hotel had amazing facilities for families with kids. The three pools were great, the entertainment (big shout out to the staff!) kept everyone busy and the food was good prices and delicious. The staff is amazing and everyone was extemely friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay again!

The location is great - you really have everything you need within walking distance. The breakfast was huge and the best part was that they served cava at breakfast 😁 Pools were really nice also and we always found available sunbeds. Air conditioning was working exactly how it should. We had a room at the 5th floor facing the town but no noise was coming through at night.

The hotel is close to the beach, the city center and close to the bus station. The staff very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the sea view was amazing.

It was a very big hotel with good restaurant for the breakfast and a good balcony in the room.

Food, location, many pools for children.

The staff is very friendly and there is always someone you can turn to if you need help (for example planning an excursion or buying tickets). Most of the staff there speaks Spanish and English, but also a little bit of French, Russian and German. The hotel provides parking spots underground if you come by car. There is also a bar and a canteen that offer a variety of drinks and food to any liking and you will most certainly love all of it. The location of the hotel is optimal: it is very well placed in close reach of the bus station, the beach, the main shopping street, the city centre, a hospital and a supermarket (Novavenda) just a few meters from the hotel. Apart from that, there are of course a number of restaurants, cafés, bars and everything you need practically just around the corner. When we had a medical emergency, the staff was quick to act and was very supportive in the recovery process. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bertran and would choose this hotel again.
