Loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service from start to finish. Even providing a beautiful spread to welcome us for our honeymoon, upgraded our room, and put out a cake for my husbands birthday! The food was also incredible and location can’t be better. We stayed at this hotel for 12 days at the beginning of September. This time was perfect for a relaxing vacation, visiting important sites, and having plenty of opportunities to swim. Veronika was a great help with the excursions, and she was very kind. She carefully listened to our preferences and didn't offer anything we weren't interested in or trips that didn't match the quality for the price. Veronika is fluent in both English and Czech. The restaurant and reception staff were also very courteous. Everyone made an effort to ensure guests had the best experience possible. The hotel offers a complimentary 15-minute massage, and afterward, you can book a 40- or 60-minute session. The massage therapists are professionals, and you can choose to have specific areas of your body massaged. We loved the view from our room and the restaurant. The hotel has an excellent location with views of the mountains and the sea. It’s a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach and 10 minutes to the town with Greek shops. At the beach, you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds for 15 euros per set. Since there were two of us, we paid 7.5 euros each.

The beachfront Zeus Eleva Mirabello Bay, with its two private sandy beaches, exemplifies the unparalleled value of authentic Cretan hospitality.

The view from our room was amazing! The terrace was spacious and with a place to enjoy the sunsets. Hotel room was really big and had everything you might need. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and each evening different, including beautiful local dishes and seafood. Our host Sophia made us feel like home from the first evening, exceptional service ! Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit again Agios Nikolaos.
