All-Inclusive Stays in Agia Marina Nea Kydonias

Loved it! Hotel was a good size with two pools, two bars/restaurants and it’s right on the beach, as well as being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and a few mini golf/arcade type places. Staff were all lovely and our room was clean with a big balcony overlooking the hotel and the beach. We did all inclusive and the food was amazing with so much choice. Drinks choices were great too, especially liked being able to help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks. We’ll definitely be staying here if we come back to Crete.

Price for this stay was good, fair and reasonable given the exceptional cleanliness and the added luxury of a the facilities like spa and fitness center. The free WiFi and convenient parking options at this hotel were a welcome bonus. Staying connected and hassle-free parking made my visit even more enjoyable and stress-free. A great perk for modern travelers.

Great place. Very friendly staff. The beach is nice, even though it is not sandy. The sea is warm and clean. The pools are also great. The food is the best hotel food I have ever had, 10/10. The cocktails are good in the bars. The rooms are great. There was also live music every day, a very good one. There are also water sports activities nearby. Amazing place

The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful, the staff were helpful and incredibly friendly. We had an amazing time. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and I could not fault Asterion at all! The pool area in particular and the ability to order drinks to sunbeds was just amazing, the food was always delicious from both restaurants and the service was impeccable throughout. The stay exceeded all our expectations! We definitely cannot wait to come back, you would be hard pressed to find a better all inclusive hotel. Thank you!

Good location, on the beach, not crowded area,nice architecture, nice garden, The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Good local food with local ingredients

All food, service, facilities all excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Nice safe atmosphere. Great location with shops and tavernas near by. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Beautiful resort, extremely well kept and accommodating

The food was great, definitely better than most of the restaurants around. There was always a large selection of international and Greek cuisine, very delicious indeed. The room were nice and clean, the pool was incredible. Note that you have to pay for the gazebos by the pool which is 30 eur/day. The normal chairs and umbrellas by the pool are free ofc.

People were lively, the sunset view was amazing and the room was really comfortable food was great

The All-inclusive package won't leave you hungry or thirsty at any time of the day. We gained weight but we enjoyed it. At our surprise, we had a private pool in our room which was a nice addition to our overall wonderful experience. We would like to express our deep gratitude and thanks to all Kiani Beach Resort Staff members who made from our stay an unforgettable one and would like to specifically mention the following situations and persons: Although we arrived 4 hours earlier than the normal check-in time, Ms. Jelena Vukovic (Operations & Front Office Manager) welcomed us warmly saying: "You are already our guests". Ms. Evangelia (Reception) handed us the all-inclusive bracelets and offered us to start enjoying all the resort's facilities until the room is ready. This gave us a great first impression about the level of Hospitality and Warmth at the Resort. As we were exploring the resort, we met Mr. Thodoris (Operations Manager) who respectfully saluted us, shaked hands, presented himself and thanked us for choosing the resort for our stay. Each time we met him afterwards, he had something delicious to offer us to eat or drink, be it a cocktail high tea, or a hot fresh crepe. Such a great welcoming manager, always smiling and showing respect to his guests. Ms. Katherina (Marketing Manager) invited us to join a high tea cocktail, which we thought was held for a special event. She told us: "You are special", and spent a lot of time talking to us and even suggesting things to do in Chania outside the resort. This shows that she genuinly cares about her guests satisfaction even if that means going out of the resort which litteraly provides everything but we followed her advice and explored Chania's venetian Harbor and we didn't regret it. We also experienced first class Guest Relationship through Ms. Modesta who helped us in arranging all the transfers outside the resort.
