The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful, the staff were helpful and incredibly friendly. We had an amazing time. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and I could not fault Asterion at all! The pool area in particular and the ability to order drinks to sunbeds was just amazing, the food was always delicious from both restaurants and the service was impeccable throughout. The stay exceeded all our expectations! We definitely cannot wait to come back, you would be hard pressed to find a better all inclusive hotel. Thank you!

excellent hotel, great location and excellent service. the staff was friendly, they arranged a transfer to the airport. The hotel is located on the hill, but they provide a service and drive the guests to and from the beach by an electric car. We only had breakfast, but considering the prices in restaurants, I recommend buying all inclusiv.

The reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff were always so kind, helpful, and smiling – they truly made us feel welcome. The hotel is new, modern, and very practical, while at the same time surrounded by beautiful nature. For the past few years, we had been spending our holidays in Spain, but after this experience, we can honestly say this place is much better. We had a bungalow with a pool which backed onto a small olive grove and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we ever required assistance. The food offer was excellent and the quality was high. We’d go back in a flash.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was super helpful and nice. The location is very good , you have a nice sea view from the hotel, with a nice sandy beach. The food was good and diversified, the rooms were also very clean. The hotel helped us with the transfer from the aeroport and upgraded our rooms from pool view to sea view for free. I encourage you to choose this hotel. In front of the hotel is the public bus station and you can go to Chania(2€ per person and the trip is 20 minutes long).
