I cannot express how amazing this place truly is. It is a magical oasis set in the beautiful Tulum jungle. We stayed in a room with our own pool and I highly recommend. It was the perfect place to come and chill out for our last 3 nights of our holiday by relaxing by the pool, doing some meditation (offered by the accommodation) and enjoying the sunshine. The restaraunt is amazing, BEST guacamole we've ever eaten and the most incredible Cocktails menu! I really wanted somewhere to eat authentic mexican food and that is exactly what we got. You can also borrow bikes from the accommodation and bike to nearby Cenote's. We visited 2x different ones in one day, super close and beautiful to experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Tulum! The hotel offers an incredible variety of restaurants and pools. The beach shuttle service was seamless, making trips to the shore effortless. The staff was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. Our room was impeccably clean and maintained to perfection every single day. A special thank you to: - La Taqueria – Marlene and her amazing team provided exceptional service, delicious food, and, of course, fantastic tequila! - Jasmine Restaurant – We dined here frequently for both breakfast and dinner, and every experience was outstanding. The entire team deserves praise! - Rendezvous Bar – The staff was always so kind and attentive, making sure we had the coldest beers—such a thoughtful touch! - Wilbert at the front of the hotel – His assistance with our diving equipment and luggage was invaluable. You dont need to go out of the resort. It has everything. Kids have a lot to do and they have daily activities planned for everyone. The pools are great and the breakfast spread was amazing.

Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, everyone was so friendly (shout out to Freddy in the entertainment crew and Diana in the buffet), helpful and attentive. Lots of helping with Spanish and genuinely making sure we had the best time. Food was great, pools were fantastic, drinks really nice, would return in a heartbeat. We went for our honeymoon and honestly I am so glad, can't imagine a better time.
