なによりスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。大きなスーツケースでエントランス前の階段を見た時は落胆しましたが、スタッフが階下に降りてきて横のエレベーターを案内してくれました。フロントの女性、スパの受付の方の対応も感じ良かったです。部屋からの眺望は素晴らしく、気持ちの良い滞在ができました。朝食の種類も豊富で美味しくいただきました。。荷物預かりサービスはチェックアウト後の観光にとても助かりました。
