We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. Everything was exceptional! The food was great, the pools were clean and everything in the hotel was very well maintained. We really enjoyed the service, everyone was very polite and helpful! I would definitely the hotel as one of the best places we have ever been. Excellent for kids too!

Absolutely amazing experience. First time visiting and definitely will come back again. No words about how helpful and professional is the staff. About the food… wow. Such a choice of meals fruits desserts.

Set on the beachfront, The Palace Hotel is located in Sunny Day Resort, Saints Constantine and Helena. * comfortable appartments (good mattress, chairs, view, bathroom etc) * wifi was stable, though we saw bad feedbacks about it. But it was good * food variety, including free wine and beer * amazing spa with plenty of options. Free beverages

Right on the seaside promenade in Golden Sands, Grifid Metropol Hotel offers for free 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per room at the private beach in front of the hotel and air-conditioned rooms with... Atention for details. Quality food, nice plating. Cleanning. Friendly staff.
