Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is a tropical haven nestled at the tip of Tanjung Benoa's stunning Nusa Dua Beach, just a 15-minute drive from Ngurah Rai Airport. I had an amazing stay at Grand Mirage Resort Bali with my family! The spacious room and comfortable bed made our stay very pleasant. The staff fulfilled my request for a room next to the pool, which was delightful. The resort's facilities were perfect for families, and the foam party was a big hit with my daughter and husband. I must mention that Encep, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a big smile. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to others!

I could honestly keep writing about what i liked but to sum it up; every attention to detail was taken from check in to room service dining and activities. The bonus of the focus and attention to looking after the children and making sure they had everything to hand and a separate pool for adults feel like it was predominately an adults only resort. The staff in all areas are exceptional the get the fine balance of customer service without intrusion. Food is a very high standard and good selection at the bars.
