My excellent experience in ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad, When I arrived at the ITC Hotel around 10:00 am, I had no more luggage because the Lufthansa Airline failed to deliver my luggage due to their poor service. Ms. Baby immediately informed me that I could check in early, after getting up I ordered a hotel car with the excellent driver “Mr. Daveed". With his help I was able to buy all my clothes and linen as I have important meetings the next days. That was a great relief for me. The front desk was very active in collaborating with the airline and shipping companies to deliver my luggage. It was a very difficult operation but as a team we managed to deliver it late afternoon on the 18 August ( the day before departure) otherwise I would not have received my bags until to-day. I find the staff everywhere very friendly, helpful, attentive and very polite. I filled up very well. My executive room was excellent and the food was very varied and tasted great. With all this help in the hotel, I solved all the problems and fully achieved the goal of my trip. Beautiful property, excellently maintained. It even smelled nice. The staff were kind, thoughtful and thoroughly pleasant to deal with.
