Very much clean and nice view from Balcony. We feel like stay at home. Beautiful location, you can feel relax and quiet stay. Amazingly restored historic building with a very relaxed and friendly, yet privacy respecting way. Common areas are beautiful and the whole place is an inspiration. Podenhaus is located comfortably in Bad Aussee in a way that it’s easy to make day-trips to nearby lakes. Bicycle rent is also nearby. Will surely be back!

Everything!! The place is magical, next to the lake providing a breathtaking view. The room was excellent, quite comfortable with a small kitchen for those who want to prepare their own meals. It was very clean, and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was also very delicious. We also tried the restaurant that was also very nice.
