We absolutely adored this cosy hotel. The family who run it are the most welcoming and kind people - they gave us great tips on things to do and helped us book beautiful local restaurants during our stay. The room was a great size for our family and spotlessly clean. The spa area was great - we loved the heated outdoor pool with magical views of the snow covered mountains. The breakfast was exceptional - such a beautiful cosy space with so many lovely fresh options to choose from. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back :)

We had a lovely stay! Esther and Ron were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The apartment was newly refurbished and looked even nicer than in the pictures. We really enjoyed hanging out in the common room and playing pinball in the basement. We will gladly return for another stay!

Excellent stay for me my wife and two teenagers. Have absolutely nothing to complain about. Really friendly staff. Excellent room. Fantastic view. A pool indoors,, sauna, steam sauna and more. Ate dinner and had a really great experiance despite our late booking. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure and probably stay for several days more next time. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Very spacious apartment with well equipped, compact kitchen. Two large bathrooms and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The facilities in the whole apartment were outstanding. Plenty of towels, closets for clothes, large beds, bedlinnen, etc. The location is very nice if you want to visit multiple ski resorts in the Zillertal and have a car (or taxi) at your disposal. Hoch-Zillertal/Hoch-Fugen is 9min by car, Zell am Ziller/Zillertal Arena is 15min by car, Mayrhofen is 20min by car. Walking to the ski-bus (which only drives to one specific ski-resort) or train is quite a walk on steep terrain. It's not impossible, but we were happy to use our car. Breakfast is very, very nice with a very large assortment of bread, fruit, drinks, eggs, dairy, meats and cheeses. And coffee and tea of course. All freshly prepared and served with a smile. The service by Alexandra and her team was above and beyond anything I have experienced lately. Very personal and caring. We had to leave very early (before breakfast) on our check-out day and Alexandra offered to provide us with a lunch-pack for on the road. The pack was so nice and rich that is saved us from having to stop for breakfast or lunch all together. All in all, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who would like to visit multiple different ski resorts in the Zillertal area (we visited three areas in three days), specially when they have a car available.
