Best place to stay in Innsbruck during Christmas season. We arrived at night and was amazed by the morning view outside the window. There was one Christmas market right outside the window and others were walking distance from here. Room was great and checkin-checkout process was easy. If we are visiting Innsbruck again we will definitely stay here again.

The location was legendary, first row view to the Inn river, and with the market place right across – simply unrivaled. It was such a lovely feeling to see the iconic green house from the other river bank, serving as backdrop together with the other colorful houses to so many photos of tourists, knowing we are staying there. The house itself is so unique, with its beautiful facade not giving away how newly renovated the interior is. For those who'd rather pass on the steep old-fashioned staircase, there's even an elevator which is surprising to find in such a building. The apartment itself was very tastefully designed, with only the interior architecture hinting at the old-fashioned style. From the bathtub to the kitchenette, it is evident that a lot of thought was put into fashioning this place. The bed was extremely comfortable too, and the complementary ground coffee was excellent! We will undoubtedly stay at this hotel again, and have already personally recommended it to our friends and family. The perfect Innsbruck experience, an easy 10/10!

Good location, clean apartments, warmth,all works properly, checking system is clear but it is not comfortable to come without any person who can meet you and explain details. Balcony is great bonus.
