This is an amaxing hotel that is more on luxury end. We got an upgrade upon arrival and we could really enjoy our apartment to the fullest. We had plenty of space. This place allows you to relive your Austrian luxury ski trip fantasy and it is all you could think of. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful and extremely comfortable. I can recommend ot to people who are ok with higher prices and are looking for luxury options.

Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz. All units have a seating area.

Super luxury accommodation, well run, and friendly. Drove from Munich and parked on site in an underground garage. Walked 1 minute to the lifts, 3 minutes to the grocery store. Breakfast is simple but excellent.

Excellent stay for me my wife and two teenagers. Have absolutely nothing to complain about. Really friendly staff. Excellent room. Fantastic view. A pool indoors,, sauna, steam sauna and more. Ate dinner and had a really great experiance despite our late booking. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure and probably stay for several days more next time. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful house with very comfortable apartment in the mountains, couple of km s from Ellmau. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ area. You can enjoy your morning coffee from the terrace or from your living room with a perfect mountain view. We had a lovely stay! Esther and Ron were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The apartment was newly refurbished and looked even nicer than in the pictures. We really enjoyed hanging out in the common room and playing pinball in the basement. We will gladly return for another stay!

Fabulous. Very well kitted out rooms. Excellent Linen. Good bathroom. Great spa with indoor & outdoor pool (although no gym). Fantastic breakfast. Well trained and super helpful staff. Located up a hill just up from Kitzbühel. The hotel is a gem.
