Spotlessly clean, great communication from the owner. An interesting selection of books to look at on the coffee table. Couldn’t fault it!

The hotel was perfectly located in the center of town right near all the shops and restaurants. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and the staff were happy to help wherever you needed a hand. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with a full lounge area, and all the facilities you needed. You could park at the front of the hotel to unload your luggage and then take your car to the parking station underneath the hotel. It was literally 3 minutes walk to everything you wanted to do, and the centre of town is so atmospheric in the evening, so it was a lot of fun. The apartment was perfectly clean, the bedding very comfortable and as the rooms were spacious, it was a very comfortable stay.

Lovely clean property, decorated so nice and really comfortable. Stayed on the top floor , felt safe. The neighbour Paul is so lovely he lives in the middle flat and is such a nice guy , made us feel extra safe and felt like if we needed anything he would be there.

The owner is very kind, quickly answers everything, and is responsive. The house was clean; the beds were very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has all you need, and the place is tranquil. I recommend the place!

The place is big ,very spacious, clean and.evrything you need is provided. Self Check-in is very easy. There is free parking and the management (Elissa) was so kind enough to.let us park for a few more hours after check out. Location is just walking distance to byward market and parliament hill. Unit was very clean and lots of beds for more than 6 people. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Ottawa.

Very clean and nicely decorated space. My room was very clean, quiet, and had a desk. Perfect for sleep at night and working during the day. The shared facilities including the bathroom and kitchen were clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. There were different areas for multiple guests to sit in. It felt secure for a shared residence, with a lock on each room door.
