The spirit of the place is just so comfortable! I appreciate that it's old, but everything worked! I don't need NEW to enjoy a space! Speaking of space, I loved how much room there was in our suite! Newer buildings are so cramped! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The proximity to Stanley Park and beaches is amazing! No need to drive anywhere! All in all, we had a wonderful stay, and were thrilled to be in a suite just down the hall from other family members!

Everything was great. Yes it was a little dated but that didn't take away from the whole experience. Staff were brilliant and the Manager was great to deal with. We had a few queries and she dealt with them immediately and satisfactorily. Room was like an apartment on 8th floor with great views of the downtown city. Very central on Robson Street.
