United KingdomAmazing room with view & outstanding facilities: free-standing bath, tea/coffee making station, extremely comfy bed with fancy pillows, projection TV & automatic toilet! Owner & staff were friendly & super helpful with check-in & taxi to the airport. Initially booked for location to Kunming Nan railway station but also handy for the airport by taxi. Owner went above & beyond preparing a delicious take-away breakfast due to our early flight.

Bathtub in living area overseeing beautiful skyline of Kunming city from high floor. Big movie like screen with good sound effects. So comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
Good location. Big mall on opposite road and metro is less than 200m away.Very convenient coming from airport by metro to hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful. We have night flight and he let us store luggage after check out so we can continue to check out Kunming city.
Plenty of food places around.
Will stay again next time.

MalaysiaIts around 30min by taxi to the location. Location wise is in the city center, there is a shopping mall opposite the property and there are a few shops surrounding it. Checkin was easy, but prepare 200yuan for safety deposit. The room is clean and spacious.
