The rooms were good size and cleaned regularly. The station for trains and trams was across the road, taxi were close too. I came here for medical treatment and needed a quiet room with everything close at hand, I got that for sure. Marco was kind and very helpful. Thankyou to you.

The room was impeccably clean. Great room layout. Easy to retrieve the key from the key box at check-in. Extremely friendly staff. Parking was available free of charge. The location is close to the Hans Martin Schleyer Halle. The property is accessible, with an elevator and walk-in shower. Modern furnishing. The cleanest hotel for our 3 week trip in Austria and Germany. Very convenient location - There is a bakery which opens early in the morning just next to the hotel. Noted some negative comments on the Penny supermarket opposite the hotel. But it's all good for supplies for breakfast and simple dinner. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including a few Asian ones which are reasonably priced. The U Bahn station near hotel is a station at street level so very convenient. Good housekeeping - The water was draining slowly in the shower area. I left a note in the toliet and was fixed on the same day.
