The property is located on a quiet newly developed estate with a short walk to a Metro stop serving Lille and Roubaix. The apartment is spacious and well equipped to cater for yourself. There is a multi-story car park adjacent, access to the private area is provided by the property. This property has three blocks, two are allocated for independent living for older residents and one for travellers. It is really nice to chat to the residents when you meet them. Cleanliness is really excellent. Breakfast at an extra charge was standard French plus and good. Don't miss the Villa Cavrois which is a 5-minute drive away. We would have no hesitation returning to this property.

I liked the way the staff treated us with warmth. We had our difficulties communicating in English, but the translator helped. We also had to do a late checkout since our car broke down, and they were very kind and helped us with the same with no extra cost. It was indeed a short stay but a very good one. Will stay here again the next time I visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay outside Paris and closer to Belgium. This is just perfect!

Location was excellent with secured parking and a fantastic room with everything we needed for our stay including kitchen, balcony and large shower.

Design of the place is beautiful, super clean and well equipped. Private jacuzzi and sauna with cozy balcony to cool down. Old school playing arcade machine was very funny :) Beds comfortable. Very nice stuff. Coffee and sandwiches for the morning. Really wonderful place :) we had a great time with my boyfriend.

This is a really spacious property, kept very clean and I couldn’t hear any sounds from other rooms. The location is so good, close to everything in the old town - and the staff are very nice.
