From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and they took the time to explain all the available services, like the terrace and free coffee machines. Although I didn't have time to use them due to my short stay, I appreciated the information. They even kindly accommodated my request for a higher floor, which was a nice touch. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. I felt at home instantly. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a sweet letter and a lovely bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture as I checked in on Valentine’s Day. I loved the area and enjoyed the stunning views from my window. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including appliances that were spotless and well-maintained. There were also helpful instructions on the TV for each appliance and a guide to local services, including restaurants and activities. I especially appreciated the abundance of plugs in the room, including direct connections for USB and Type-C, making it easy to charge all my devices. Special thanks to Kate for assisting me with adjusting the window blinds, and to the staff who offered support and advice after my concert was canceled. Excellent service all around!

The room was very spacious for London, clean, nice amenities and the kitchenette was more than expected. The pool was a nice to have and the location great for exploring the eastern part of London! Just watch out for the service charge that gets added automatically to your bill. We didn't use room service at all, so I asked them to remove it, which they did without any arguing. So just a watch-out.

Close to Limehouse Rail and DLR stations, these modern East London apartments are ideal for ExCel, London City Airport and The City.

We booked this accoms under emergency conditions as our previous accoms did not work out as expected and this place was beyond our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even across their branches and helped us to get us a place here from Aldgate. The apartment was clean and well equipped with facilities, it was spacious and comfortable. Limehouse DLR was located nearby as well so we could travel out. We were very happy with the place for the price we paid

The place was amazing, one of a kind. The hot tub was great, something you only find in 5 star hotels. Is a brand new renovation with maxing decoration. Most of hotels have simple rooms, this is like a piece of art. I will definitely visit again. The area is amazing with small coffe shops only few minutes walk.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations and the only thing that disappointed me was not being able to have my offer of a tip accepted as it went against company policy. The staff were amazing with us and the simplicity but attention to very small details with what the hotel had really impressed me a lot.
