Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room wasn’t ready when we came to check in and after waiting only 20 minutes they decided to upgrade us! The blonde lady on the front desk (so sorry can’t remember her name) was exceptionally nice. Pool is lovely with beautiful views across the city Beds are small but very comfy

All! Clean room, They chang bins every days and chang towels also. It seems like hotel but it’s apartment. 24 security it’s really good!

Great view from the the rooms. Location is really convinient, there is Tower near, all attractions in walking distance. Also there is a black cab station at the enterence to the hotel and in rush hour it is really save your time - 0 waiting time for a taxi. You just pick and take a ride.

The luxurious Cheval Knightsbridge apartments are within 5 minutes’ walk of Harrods and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we arrived. Reception like in a luxury hotel. Top location, large apartment, very courteous service.
