We liked the location very much, because it is right at the entrance to the city, outside the hustle and bustle and yet very close to everything, close to Kalamici beach, shops, restaurants. Also, from this location, you can easily visit all the beaches in the area by car, of which there are many and they are beautiful. The apartment is very comfortable, new, well equipped and clean. The owners are very pleasant and helpful for everything you need. Our warm recommendation.

Such a nice base for exploring, near everything in a short car ride, 6 mins from Crystal clear sea. Exceptionally clean, host were very nice and noticed things when cleaning room, just like without needing to ask for extra pillow they were there the next time we went in. AMAZING

This is not my first visit to Kavala, but it is my first time at the Atlas Boutique Hotel, and I must say it ranks among the very best, if not the best. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Furthermore, the friendly staff were most helpful in guiding me to some previously unknown attractions in Kavala.

Our stay in late November was fabulous. Parking on the street was easy, the suite was immaculate and the Ottoman theme was fun. The views staring down on the port and the ferry terminal with the city off to the right were fantastic. Highly recommend. The hotel is next door to the $700-night Imaret, and the rooms are better here than there. However, you should pay to take the tour of the Imaret (it's a historical site), and Mohammad Ali's house and the ruins of Philippi are both tremendous if you like history.

The room was cleaned evryday. The location was great. It was 2 minutes walk to the beach tavernes and market. The room was comfortable and big enough. Eva -the owner of the studios can be the loveliest person in the world. I never met a gentle lady before. She was so kind that I found lokumies hanging our door one day as a surprise. Everyting was perfect. It will be great to stay in the same place again following years as we have felt as if we were at home.

Everything is extraordinary! From the moment you get there, you can tell how neat and clean the location is and how attentive they are to details. The staff is very friendly and we only have good things to say about the owner of the location. The beach is gorgeous, not to mention the sunbeds (awesome!!!). Excellent hotel! Nice big rooms, very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean! Everything is just perfect! Rooms have AC and plenty of storage space, lovely balconies with sunshades. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are also provided. The swimming pool and the area around it is lovely. The water is cleaned every day and it’s a pleasure to swim or simply to relax in the beautiful green garden. Very high standards! Amazing! The staff are very nice people, always there for you when you need them. They gone above and beyond to make us feel special and happy! So grateful for having us and creating such a great holiday!

Calm and cosy place 10 minutes by car to Ammolofoi beaches and Nea Peramos. The village has mini market and supermarkets in Nea Peramos. Balcony has a very good view.
