This is not my first visit to Kavala, but it is my first time at the Atlas Boutique Hotel, and I must say it ranks among the very best, if not the best. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Furthermore, the friendly staff were most helpful in guiding me to some previously unknown attractions in Kavala.

New and comfortable furniture. Location in a quiet area. There is a taverna in the street with excellent food and decent prices. Don't know how often the room is cleaned or garbage is taken out. There is a rather small parking lot and if you are not in a group you have to expect that someone who wants to get out may call you...or vice versa. The price was a bit high for what it offers: distance from the center, parking, garbage picked up from the room. Near the beach

The room was cleaned evryday. The location was great. It was 2 minutes walk to the beach tavernes and market. The room was comfortable and big enough. Eva -the owner of the studios can be the loveliest person in the world. I never met a gentle lady before. She was so kind that I found lokumies hanging our door one day as a surprise. Everyting was perfect. It will be great to stay in the same place again following years as we have felt as if we were at home.

The property was brand new, clean and convenient. Also, the staff was very polite and helpful. Furthermore, because of a fault that made at booking site, and we had two kids with us, they didn’t charged us extra for the room, and we really appreciated it. Location was convenient, very close to the sea and in the middle of the area’s vineyards.

We choose this studio for our stay in Nea Peramos for second time and we are really delighted for our choice. The studio is really cosy, clean and well designed. One of our best vacation stays in over two decades of summer travel!. Spotless, modern apartment, cleaned daily (including dishes and bathroom). Towels changed every other day, bed linen every third. Spacious duplex with full kitchen, strong A/C on both levels, comfy beds and sofa with extra mattress. Family-run complex with warm, helpful hosts and a fantastic multilingual manager. Great location: 150m from the beach, next to 2 big supermarkets, restaurants and a lovely promenade. Pool, sunbeds, café, safe, A/C, and parking all included. Thoughtful welcome and goodbye gifts. Highly recommended!
